TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Promotion Period: 15 May 2025 - 31 July 2025 

1. The section must be purchased at the full listed price from Beach Road Estates Ltd. 

2. A Sale and Purchase Agreement must be entered into between 15 May 2025 and 31 July 2025 (inclusive). 

3. The promotion is available to new purchasers only and does not apply to previously signed agreements, renegotiated contracts, or existing purchasers of any Beach Road Estates Ltd section. 

4. Only one cashback of $10,000 (including GST) will be paid per eligible section purchase. 

5. The cashback will be paid to the purchaser’s solicitor’s trust account (or nominated bank account) within 10 working days of settlement, provided that all contractual obligations have been met and the sale has settled in full. 

6. To remain eligible for the cashback, the purchaser must comply with all terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, including timely settlement. Beach Road Estates Ltd reserves the right to withhold the cashback if the purchaser is in default or causes any undue delay. 

7. This promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other benefit or assigned to another party. 

8. Beach Road Estates Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. 

9. All decisions regarding eligibility and interpretation of these terms and conditions will be at the sole discretion of Beach Road Estates Ltd. 

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
