At Beachgrove the design and landscaping of each lot requires approval from the Developer or the Developer’s agent prior to the commencement of any building works or landscaping.
Please download and review the Developers Approvals Guide and the Applicant Developer Approvals Checklist before submitting plans to levig@momentumprojects.co.nz for review.

As you may be aware, a sewer pump system is to be installed as part of the building works on all lots within the Beachgrove Subdivision. This sewer pump system will discharge wastewater into a pipe in the street and the onto the council sewer network. The purpose of this document is to provide the homeowners and/or building companies with information on the sewer pump system.

All Beachgrove bonds are held by the developer at the settlement of properties to ensure that the site is left tidy and there is no damage to the surrounding assets while the sites are in construction. In order for a bond to be released please download and fill out the attached form.
